The joys of a real tree. Took me all morning but I am done...it really is quite fun putting everything away knowing you will see it all again last year. When I opened one of the supposed empty boxes I found it wasn't empty at all....one poor Santa ornament never made it onto the tree this year. I felt sad for it...The decorations wait all year for the Christmas season so they can come out and shine...I think this would make for a good children's Xmas story....
I am typing big because I am blind...

I have a little fake tree that only drops a few glitters from the ornaments. I broke one of my favorite ornaments while I was setting it up. I forget it was carefully wrapped and when I took out the tissue, it fell out and shattered on the floor. It took me a while to get to your page. I am having a hard time just getting around this site, I dont know what the home page is, it keeps opening to some other page that I have to get out of to do anything.
ReplyDeleteyou can follow me then its easier to find me :0
DeleteThe ornament might actually have appreciated getting a rest. I love the smell of fresh evergreen but the cleanup was always miserable - I was still stepping on needles weeks later. You're tempting me to try again though - maybe next year.
ReplyDeletebut why would it need a rest after sitting in a box for 11 1/2 months? that doesn't make sense ;)
